4X INSTRUCTIONS:
"Once the data has been entered and if your chart shows an
RSI of 10
or less and the Break Out number is 4, then add it to the open of the next time
frame. Once the price goes to 4 pips above the open, a BUY SIGNAL has been
generated. And so it is with a SELL SIGNAL. If the RSI is 90 or above use the
number 4 below the
open of the next time frame. Once price has gone to 4 pips below the
open, then a SELL SIGNAL has been generated."
